Our Programs
We may be a small program now, but big things are on the horizon! We will be moving into a new location July/August 2026 with new classes starting August 31st.
Preschool Gymnastics
These children participate independently. As the children begin to build strength, balance, flexibility, agility and focus, more gymnastics skills are attainable. They will be expected to watch, listen, follow instructions and perform several stations within a circuit independently. We continue to incorporate fun, but also raise our level of gymnastics instruction and expectations. Children will work on mastering higher level basic gymnastics skills and body shapes as they progress.
Preschool Gymnastics
Coed 3-5 years old
50 minute class
These children participate independently. As the children begin to build strength, balance, flexibility, agility and focus, more gymnastics skills are attainable. They will be expected to watch, listen, follow instructions and perform several stations within a circuit independently. We continue to incorporate fun, but also raise our level of gymnastics instruction and expectations. Children will work on mastering higher level basic gymnastics skills and body shapes as they progress.
Boys Gymnastics
Boys gymnastics offers opportunities to build strength and confidence because they learn to work hard and try new things. Boys are eligible for this class if they are 8 years old or older. If a child is 6-7 years old they can be evaluated to see if they are ready for a longer and more challenging class.
Because of our limited capacity, this is the only class we offer for recreational or competitive boys gymnastics.
Classes are 75 minutes, $90 per month.
Recreational Gymnastics
Girls gymnastics offers an incredible opportunity to know that we can all do hard things and it can be fun!! Girls will learn strength, flexibility, shaping and gymnastics skills. Girls are eligible for this class if they are 5 years old or older.
Foundations Class is 50 minutes, $70 per month.
Next Level Classes are 75 minutes, $90 per month.
Pre-Team and Advanced
Pre-Team and Advanced classes are held twice a week to prepare students for potential future participation in a competitive team.
• These classes are by invitation only.
• If your child is enrolled in Pre-Team or Advanced but prefers not to compete—that’s completely fine!
As we expand, we’ll offer more flexible options for every child’s goals and comfort level.
Pre Team, ages 5 to 8 years— 90 minute classes $115 per month. Two day per week option (3 hours total) $180.
Team Girls/Advanced, ages 9+ years—2 hour class, $125. Two day per week option (4 hours total) $195.
Open Classes
Our classes are currently full, and we have a waitlist for new enrollments. Don’t worry, though—sign up for the waitlist to secure your spot as soon as a space opens up! We can’t wait to flip, jump, and tumble with you soon!
