Girls AAU Team

Our Girls AAU Team is a year-round competitive program for talented gymnasts who are ready to train with greater purpose while maintaining a balanced commitment. Athletes develop strength, flexibility, excellent technique, discipline, confidence, and teamwork as they prepare for and compete in AAU gymnastics. Placement is by evaluation and invitation so that each gymnast enters a training group that fits her readiness, goals, and ability to commit to team practices.
