Girls Pre-Team is an invitation-only developmental program for talented gymnasts ages 4–6 who are ready for a greater challenge. This program intentionally prepares young athletes for a future place on our competitive team through focused instruction in strength, flexibility, body shapes, foundational skills, independence, and coachability. Placement is based on an evaluation of the whole child—not one perfect skill—and submitting a request does not guarantee placement.
